Returns & Exchanges
Refunds & Exchanges must be returned back within 14 days of receiving the items.
All items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags intact in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Info
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If doing an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping back to us and we will cover the cost of shipping the new goods. Exchanges and refunds will not be processed until the items have arrived back to us. The buyer can either:
- Purchase a label on their own (tracking/insurance is highly recommended because we can not offer a refund or exchange unless the item makes it back to us).
- Request a prepaid label from us. We can email the label over, with tracking and insurance and deduct the cost of the label from the return/exchange.
When should I expect my refund?
Please specify whether you want a store credit or a refund to the original payment method. We are not able to refund to any form of payment other than the original method used.
- Store Credit: If store credit is preferred, it will be issued as soon as the items are received.
- Refund: If a refund is preferred, it will be issued as soon as the items are received, but may take up to 3-5 days to process.
- No selection: If no preference is specified, a refund will be given.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to any returns over the total amount of $150.
